Shipping Policy

At Seriously Organic, we pack and ship every order with care from our Melbourne warehouse. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how your order is processed, posted, and delivered.

    Processing

    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and Victorian public holidays). You'll receive a dispatch confirmation once your order is on its way.

  • Postage & Delivery

    We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide for orders over $59 via Sendle, Courier, or Australia Post, dispatched within two business days of your order.

    Express Postage: Available at checkout for an additional cost. Choose this option if you need your order faster.

    Note orders under 200g may be sent untracked in a courier satchel via Australia Post when tracking is not cost-effective.

    Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Courier Responsibility

Once your order has been packed and scanned by the courier, it’s officially in their hands. While we can’t control delays or issues that may occur during transit, we’re always happy to help where we can.

If your parcel is delayed or missing, we recommend reaching out to the courier directly using your tracking number.
